NSW Class 1 and Class 2 licence holders must complete CPD for their licence category and area of practice every CPD year. The 2026–27 CPD year runs from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027.
Complete Qualifications (CQ) is listed by NSW Fair Trading as an approved provider for the compulsory topics in the courses below. Each course covers only the topics listed on its page. Training is interactive, either face to face (up to 40 people) or by live webinar (up to 25 people), and each topic has an assessment. Self-paced online learning does not count towards compulsory CPD topics.
