What this course does not cover
This course does not complete CPD for any other area of practice. If you also work in property management, commercial or strata, you must also complete the compulsory topics and hours for that area.
Class 1 licence holders must also attend a NSW Fair Trading accredited forum (minimum 5 hours). This is not part of this course.
Class 1 licence holders in residential sales must also complete AUSTRAC’s “Smart real estate agent’s guide to AML/CTF” course. This is separate from this course.
Self-paced online learning does not meet the requirements for compulsory CPD topics.
Check your full CPD requirements on the NSW Fair Trading website.
Multiple Licence Categories and Areas of Practice
You must complete the compulsory CPD topics relevant to each licence category you hold and each area of practice in which you work. This applies to all licence categories you hold, even if you are not actively working under each one.
Where compulsory topics are shared across licence categories or areas of practice, the same topic does not need to be repeated if all required learning outcomes are met for each relevant category and area of practice. You may need to complete additional training hours. Where topics are not shared, the minimum hours for each category or area apply.
If you hold more than one licence category or work across more than one area of practice, complete the Enquire Now form below and CQ will contact you to discuss your requirements.
